So today it has been a full year since I've uploaded the release of YOLCG on dA. That's a huge feat with almost 120k visitors. I couldn't have done it without you guys. :>

But anyway, several people have requested the source of the game. I've held onto it because I wasn't certain on the state of the game. And my laziness played a part too.
But today is a good timing to release the source in its entirely. Its available for download here. It includes the code, graphical assets, the almost-finished Good Ending and the document I was writing to help myself organize things. Beware, the code isn't the prettiest.

Now up until recently I've collaborated with someone to create an improved version of YOLCG. Version 2.0 if you will. He'll do the graphical side of things. He wants to remain anonymous for the time being, until he has his account sorted.

The game will be a complete overhaul of the original. Nothing of the old code will be in this version. Same goes for the art. It'll be better to use new assets to prevent conflict. Interaction will be deepened and story will be more explored upon. Atop of that, there will be a better sandbox mode with a great deal of customization. The game will feature multiple cowgirls with their own storylines(More may be added later). The story of Ayla will probably be altered to support the multiple cowgirls.

And finally, we're planning on improving the visuals by adding newer and larger variety of visuals and more animations.

To top all that off, we have some concept art for you to enjoy. Keep in mind that this is just concepts and far from a final version. :)

Note from the artist: I'm sorry for the lack of quality. :( I will promise that it will look better in the actual game.

Well, probably you don't have it anymore, but I will try my luck:

Could you make the Source and Concept Arts available again, please?

Both links don't work anymore...
